  I first asked to make sure my hair is not cut short and MUST be SPIKED LONG then after I showed a sample/photo of how I wanted my hair to be how spiky and long, it ended up getting cut to short, for some reason the comb was pushing my spikes down instead of UP?, which would take about a year to grow where it suppose to be. VERY Low Communication, I honestly got fooled by the photos uploaded on on google maps, I thought it was going to be amazing, ended up getting my hair cut too short and was not much communication. Not good with kids hair cut as well. Nothing can fix this, you cant grow the hair back nor I want the money back, its just I thought the caring would be more rather then not for a new client.
