  The manager in Dec 2017 at this location is absolutely unprofessional. After a system glitch were my card was charged but a receipt failed to print, she proceeded to accuse me of having a bad chip and magnetic strip because it wouldn’t accept a duplicate charge. Even after confirming with Citibank that the charge cleared, she refused to allow me to take my merchandise. I asked her to re-ring and recharge me a different amount and I would decline the first charge. It took her about a half hour to understand the concept with Citibank and her own Security helping her through the process. I would have walked out but it was Xmas eve and I needed the gifts.
  In my opinion, she does not represent your company well - I’ve been going to this location for 15 years and the rest of the staff are absolutely delightful.
